I heard Poland is one of the most depressed countries.

Yea man definitely something to do with the low birth rate

thoughts?

I think life is too meaningful and precious to be depressed

There should never be a point where you truly lose interest in everything and give up

Once you reach that point, sure, it is very difficult to cope and get out of it

But it's possible + there are always many warnings before yoy spiral into a depressive episode
