Granted he is sort of fat as well but even when accounting for that he has borderline bodybuilder muscles on his shoulder and arm area. All the while it's like I only inherited all the shitty genetics from my mother (whom is ugly) and none of the good bits from my father (whom is basically jacked endomorph normie).

My younger brother is even worse and got even more fucked.
