Commenting on profile posts doesn't increase post count.

But reps on profile posts increase rep count

So he constantly farmed reps there, as well as spam tagging on profile posts.

Crisick did the same and was aware of it but he didn't really abuse it. Just was aware and liked posting profile comments to his buddies. He was aware though I'm sure. It's no big deal anyways.
