I’ve been thinking about this for a looong time and it actually lowkey enrages me
If:
your bloodwork isn’t ideal (low estrogen, low serotonin, high progesterone, high T3/T4, low SHBG, low cortisol, low prolactin)
you’re not at LEAST 20% bf
your diet isn’t optimized (low carb/high fat or high carb/low fat)
your growth plates haven’t fused
don’t pin roids and don’t hardmaxx brah it’s that simple
how will you know if you’ve reached your full natty potential without reaching your full natty potential?
