Google results vary a lot, depending on country. In Russia, it's easy to find looksmax.org while searching something related to orthodontics or plastic surgery. In Germany, however, people told me it's buried deep down on 3rd-5th pages or so. Also, easier to come across incels.is, 4chan and such sites.
