I witnessed the balloon myself. However, it could have been one of ours. But there was at least one balloon moving over this unusually windy mountain. Not long ago, a v-shape stealth blimp also moved across this mountain. Folks with low intellects would cry, "UFO!" But no. Not UFO. I identified it as one of ours. So that makes it an IFO. Eh?
