Should I remove running from my training program and replace it with walking and sprinting (well.. I mean sprinting is already in the program, just wondering if I should replace walking with running or not).

Walk slowly, like 4 to 6km an hour,or run at ur max speed until u cant.humans never "jogged" back in the day.they either followed theyre prey slowly or ran after them as fast as they could.

Massai jumps (the high jumps some East African tribes do) are basically plyometric exercises jumping, explosive stuff. They can help with leg strength, calf development, and maybe improve your vertical jump, but they don’t magically make you taller. Height mostly depends on genetics and your growth plates.
