What is the way to get them? Huge masseters and weak buccinators? As I see he don't have very sharp bones.

to be honest, extreme lightfraud from behind with basically zero frontal light vs depp almost candid pic and he still looks more harmonious, appealing and unique with his "shit cheekbones". Not to say yours are shit but arrogance and trying to bring down others aren't good traits to have.

And for the OP its having medium set cheekbones (too low set and you won't get hollowing) with medium to high vertical bonemass and high horizontal prominence, plus a decently wide jaw. Lowerd third height isn't as needed.
