My MMA base is Boxing.

Fantastic gym. Went for trials. We did shadowboxing, was handed over pool noodles for making my spar partner do slips. The coach made me hit the pads.

I want to get unlimited account and pretty much train all day. They have dumbbells in the gym too. So I can gymmaxx my biceps.
