joined one of those advice / hope core discord servers thinking I’d get practical strategies for navigating life at 5’3 real advice social calibration framing style. presence Something tangible

Instead it’s the same loop:
“Just have faith.”
“Height doesn’t matter.”
“It’s your mindset.”
“TikTok brainwashed you.”
“Good heart and hygiene is all that matters.”

every fucking time i bring up getting filtered early being treated differently or feeling invisible next to taller guys it turns into a sermon about positivity and fucking gratitude like acknowledging height bias is mental illness

im not denying mindset matters im saying external reality exists too you cant js fucking pray away being physically overlooked and you can’t gratitude-journal your way out of automatic filtering

i joined for actionable advice not spiritual bypassing

has anyone actually gotten useful practical guidance from these spaces? Or is “just believe harder” the entire blueprint?
