Joints clicking during puberty

When i walk sometimes my joints in my knees click as I walk and ive noticed it in my arms does this have anything to do with puberty and what does it mean?

normal, wouldnt worry about it unless pain/discomfort

This is normal. Fish oils may help a bit.
