no doubt in my mind

ive seen the oldcells in the gym, none of them have nice hair

the young ones have hair like straw

then go to the nightclub and see healthy happy people who are "up for a chat"

i used to be a huge gymcell

waking up at 5am to go before work, i saw the same guys in there everyday

they all had shit bodies, looked like zombies, dead eyes

it was only when i quit that job i realised i was one of them

Weightlifting in moderation is good tbh 2-3 times per week is optimal as long as ur eating right

use the energy to get good grades, then gymcell once you are 25+ and you have naturally reached your potential height and filled out
