Christmas was coming and on my wishlist i asked for a palatal narrowing device, however when i opened my presents today it wasnt there. I threw a tantrum and i was crying so loud. Ive seen on a recent post that research shows that its ideal to have a narrow palate kind of like a christmas tree opposed to a 50 mm palate. Because of this ill never achieve the look that i always wanted, it ruined my christmas, but ive seen that placing my rubber bands crossing my molars would help making the palate collapse on itself and therefore narrow it so im going to give it a try for a couple of months and i will update you guys.

but how do you plan on getting a gummy smile? and what if your smile is too wide? u might want to figure out a hardmax to acheive a gummy smile and narrowing your mouth.
