MARPE or FME at 18 going on 19?

Title. How much of an impact will either of these have on expanding bizygomatic width or is it too late for that? cheekbones are already arguably my most striking feature but I still want just a few more millimeters laterally to really lock in the ogee curve. Ive also heard palatal expansion causes the submental/hyoid to get sucked up into the mandible more? my hyoid sags like a 90 year old grandma whenever I talk and I have to fraud it constantly and its exhausting. looking to not have to do that anymore. Also what can go wrong with either of these?

till 25 its fines but the lower u can expand the more u are gorwn

and for marpe its asymmetry that can occur and more maxilla drop. but it is custom. for fme its way more parallel. but cons less front yo back space(as ive heard) doesnt fundamentally make sense but yeah i gotta do more digging on this
