He needs thyroid/DHT/Aromasin probably; less cortisol, less estrogen, less swelling/stress.

Giving him antibiotics is a subpar, band-aid, side-angle approach to his condition.

With that fucking swelling it is clear he's in shit health/metabolism, swelling up with water (hydrophilic).
