Joov vs hooga? Redlightcels GTFIH

Been putting red light on testicles to increase testosterone levels by 200%, but my joovv redlight is starting to break down and im looking to get a hooga, I don’t think joovv is worth as much as they try to sell it for. I see no issues with the hooga from what I read. Any redlightcels with an opinion, also if you are using one of those cheap ones that emit a ton of heat gtfo!
