He got bimax in India from the country’s most famous surgeon (Sunil Richardson) and guess what? Despite the plan including significant CCW rotation, he got zero CCW rotation. Zero improvement in the maxilla, go look at his videos on YouTube (thelooksmaxingchannel) absolutely none. His mandible also looks somewhat worse because the surgeon had to push back his chin as he previously got genio from Eppley and he got botched because he demanded too much chin movement JFL. Only improvement is he got leaner from the surgery weight loss and his face looks longer vertically, literally zero improvement elsewhere. But his bite is now super fucked up as he has an open bite with severe TMJ. 22k USD to be worse off than before.

So then after botched genio with Eppley and getting absolutely scammed by Richardson on the “bimax” he decides to go to Turkey and get a hair transplant. The result? Not too bad actually. So then he’s feeling high on himself and decides to get leg lengthening in Turkey where he cannot sue for any complications despite being 5’11. He gets infections, doesn’t recover properly, and now he cannot walk and his life is ruined. He is 38 btw and saved up years and years for this. At his age he couldve went to SEA and found himself a wife or if his job is good he could’ve just married some local LTB. But no, he had to slay.

I really dont understand this guy. He just chose the cheapest, riskiest options for the two most expensive, biggest and invasive cosmetic surgeries on the planet. Logically, everything went wrong. Textbook what not to do for bimax and ll. He also did ccw for his shortface, which is contraindicative. Everyone knows that shortfaces need cw-rotation in 95% of cases.
