Not siding with brock turner, or any rapist (even though he is legally not a rapist), ever. But this is a bad example of a "handsome rapist".
In all honesty, though, the most egregious flaw in terms of sexual assault is that rape is only penetration, therefore if two drunk adults have sex, the man can never be in the clear. So if she decides later she was too impaired to consent you can not turn around with the argument "Yea but I was too". Puts away a lot of guys or adds unwanted trauma to many men who acted just the same as the woman in the situation.
