Dermal fillers placed along the jawline, mandibular angle, the pre-jowl sulcus, chin, and midface/cheeks can restore support and hide/camouflage the jowl

Botox placed in the platysma and depressor muscles along the jawline and neck may help

Thread lifts would provide immediate and temporary improvement. You can also combine it with fillers and Botox

Fat-dissolving you should use these when pinchable fat contributes to the jowl or submental area; use Lipovela

Common to combine fillers + Botox, or threads + fat dissolvers; you can find threads in these options
