I sometimes feel lonely like this too, such a gut wrenching feeling dood but idk you will realize being alone isn’t bad. And if you’re really itching for stuff like friends, idk your occupation right now but if it’s school then just try to talk to them in classes. If you already graduated then try a job or college, literally mandatory for you to talk to people there and probably an opportunity for you to meet new people. Otherwise no advice from me. I did this and now I rarely feel like this, built some good friendships and groups. I hope you will too

The fact that you’ve established friendships is a good sign really, unless you did something disgusting or ticked anybody off, I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t talk to them again. You could be slick asking about school stuff and build your way up to personal things and eventually revert everything to normal.
