I started by watching TikTok videos, bought Gua Sha, and 7 months later I'm here. I do basic softmaxing and would probably like to move on to hardmaxing. I wanted to know how to change my lateral profile.

Focus on your bottom third it’s the most brutal top 2 aren’t mad your mandible doesn’t reach your maxilla tho. Train your masseter, widen your palate, and try and do what you think is best to get forward jaw movement. Your maxilla and infaorbitals are also recessed. Adding onto that, you seek overall unhealthy fix your diet and start working out. Unfortunately brutal clavicles
 
Thank you for the jaw assessment. Do you have any exercises to recommend? Regarding my physique, I do weight training 5 to 6 days a week. Before, I was malnourished, weighing 49kg, now I weigh 56kg. My current physique is this:

Unfortunately, I encourage it, and if it doesn't work, that's a bad sign. I chew gum every day on both cheeks, eat one carrot a day, and I even started buying low-quality meat to force it to work harder.
