You can freeze your sperm beforehand if you're really scared but I think hgh keeps your ball producing sperm but I might be mixing it up with HCG but either way I believe there's a way to maintain fertility.

Idk tbh but I do know mk is not very useful anyway, for me I just always try to think about if something is a waste of money or not and if you're taking hgh then mk is def a waste.
