i dont have seriously bad acne facially, but my back is pretty bad and it's terrible knowing it's there.

I change my bed sheets every week, Shower In the morning and after the gym and never wear the same shirt twice, i don't know what the issue is.

I hear that accutane does more bad than good, so i would rather see if anyone has opinions on what is good gateway to see if it heals my back.

dont let the sweat dry
you can be sweaty asf at the gym then have a shower “quickly” after 20 minutes but the damage has been done,

Have an elimination diet

Go to doctor get ur vitamins and shit tested

if anything is severely deficient
supplement ofc under your doctors guidance

Use accutane as a last resort bro because it WILL work

you're not gonna get any of the side effects if u take 10mg every 2 days over a long period of time (accumulative dose 8000mg-10000mg), js hop on mate

This is such a silly post, no shit you will have dry skin because accutane dries you out by decreasing atrophing the sebaceous glands and consequently decreasing moisture around the body.

Muscle Aches are pretty cope, it's mainly the joints indirectly as joints rely on certain structures that rely on sebum + accutane messes with a few other things. Just take glucosamine but the joint pain really doesn't exist unless you're doing sports

Even if the majority of these sides were true, preferring lifetime disgusting acne over 6 months of dry skin achey muscles liver pain and digestive issues is absolutely retarded

I am on 0,5mg/kg for the same reason you are and i am experiencing zero sides. If you want to avoid sun sensitivity during the summer you should try benzoyl peroxide wash and reduce showering to once a day. Buy a good moisturizer since benzoyl peroxide is going to dry out your skin.

The only side effects that I have is dry lips, you should try it
