Are there any effects in looks from junk food? besides the damage in collagen from sugar and the increased caloric intake which acts against being lean, is there any reason to 100% drop all junk food from your life? I mean you can't really completely cut out all sugar since it is nowadays put on pretty much everything but will cutting junk food make me retain my youthful looks longer? What if people nowadays take more time to age due to all the processed junk food that is available today? if you look at people in the past in their 20's most of them looked a lot older than people in their 20's do now. so dunno if I'm cucking myself by completely getting rid of junk food. I tried to completely cut out junk food but only lasted 15 days and relapsed yersterday and I'm feeling terrible for it tbh, but life with 0 junk food feels so dull, I was getting tired of only eating regular food like you'd eat on meals. So should I cut it all out for the rest of my life if my plan is to look young for as long as possible or should I still eat some from time to time while remaining lean just in case it does help in not aging fast.

I notice my face is more bloated the morning after a day where I eat 2-3k calories of pure junk food. It’s because if the sodium and carbohydrates in the junk food. Drinking a lot of water helps minimize the effects. But it’s better to eat healthy which is hard because it’s so expensive.

Junk food is a looksmin because it is a healthmin, no other special reason.

Where I live it's cheaper to eat healthy since the average wage is like 200 usd a month.
