I've replaced all candy, ice cream, soda, etc., with fruits and unsweetened fizzy water and I'm stunned by just how little I actually miss it. In fact, when I recently tried having coke, I could only have a few sips before pouring the rest into the sink. I likewise recently had a Mars bar after only eating fruit for a while, and I was frankly unimpressed by the taste; it just tasted like chemicals + heavy sweetness. Fruits meanwhile have actual flavor, are highly moist and have good texture insofar as they're fresh.
I suspect a major reason normies consume so much sugar is basically for the same reason people used to smoke heavily; it was all just indoctrination from an early age to get them hooked. The actual taste or even the texture of most junk food is not even that good. I'd unironically just eat a balanced mix of fruit instead. Normies are also probably too stupid to experiment with different fruit (e.g. just eat the lame ones like bananas and apples and then dismiss them) or they're too cheap to buy the good stuff (blueberries). For fruits to be an actually enjoyable meal, there has to be a nice balance of textures e.g. a crunchy one (pear or apple), a softer one (plums), a juicy one (orange or mandarins), and the small snacky one (berries). But retard normies just buy a whole bowl of apples or bananas and then can't understand why they hate it.
Don't eat all this shitty garbage. It's not even that good srs. And it's absolutely not worth the massive cost in health and weight gain.
