change the hair to a shorter, cleaner cut and start to facial expression fraud.
your eye area and lips are the biggest issue, get a pair of clear frame glasses & dye eyebrows to a darker brown*. lips, consciously keep as much of it out as possible. your zygos look alright for [15?/16?] and they will continue to grow, along with your baby fat disappearing

*i personally use my moms eyeliner lol, but dying is better for longevity
