Nope because if your skull is developed properly you won't look like an underdeveloped androgynous child. This guy has a very short face and needs skull height to not look failoed by a minor amount of body fat

Yeah bodyfat is the easiest and most important max of all even more than surgery in some cases went from 14% to 10% rn I look like gandy.

If you have decent muscle mass then lean out but if you’re skinnyfat it’s better to gain some size then cut

I’m skinnyfat as well bhai, I’ve been eating a little over my maintenance at 3100 calories a day. My frame is pretty good I have wide shoulders though I have disgustingly small wrists

I've been cutting for months. 18kg down. And I still need to lose fucking 5-10 more.

I'm so fucking tired of cutting.

Perhaps I should do a "maintenance" period or just spend more time on cardio so I can eat more...

Can you explain me what you have done? How much time did you spend to the gym, why did you need to eat that much? I am trying to improve aswell

I’m 6’1 and 70 kg so I need 3k calories to grow, I’ve just been following a normal gym routine though I do push ups and shit at home if I’m too busy for gym.

Gym doesn’t take long it’s like 40 minutes to an hour at most though sometimes it takes longer if I play basketball or just chill with friends.

I’m going to bulk up and the start cutting right before summer so I’m lean when it actually matters

Yeah you “bulk” to gain weight(both muscle and fat) and then “cut” to lose the excess fat and maintain the muscle. It’s American gym terminology.

You can google calorie calculator and put your height and weight and it’ll tell you how many calories you need to maintain your weight. You want to be 200-300 over your maintenance
