Just alar base reduction vs full rhinoplasty + alar base reduction

Basically the title, from the morphs I seen rhino + alar base reduction at the end will result in a narrower nose but recovery time is going to be longer and is much much more expensive compared to just alar base reduction (25k vs 5k). The main issue with my nose is width, has anyone just done alar base reduction, and were you happy with the results?

Depends if you already have a bridge and your only problem is at the tip. If its your only problem then just go for an alar reduction and maybe a lift, if you have bad projection maybe add some ear cartilage to your tip

almost always looks uncanny, i wouldnt do it unless you have an insanely terrible nose

So like An Arab might only need alar reduction while an Asian would need cartilage and reduction

Right but theres no one size fits all. Theres alot of factors thats needed to keep in mind to not affect harmony
