Just an off topic question but how bad could a skilled and trained 5"7 135lb MMA fighter do to the population ?

Skilled and trained I’m assuming he has been training for 5+ years. If that’s the case than I’d say 80% is realistic. If he was 180 6ft it would prob be in the 90s
