Im just another iron kid on this forum but im acctually so pissed off at myself i saw what discipline can do and i lost 10kgs but now for 8 months ive just been in a cycle if losing weight gaining it back every week and its so annoying so hopefully speaking to here idc if anyone keeps up with me but like atleast this will be my last cope otherwise ill just hop on dnp but seriously ill keep yall updated daily on how it goes i ate pretty descent today just had one snack which im frustrated with but yeah (sorry for no commas)
