Ate like 6 thousand calories a day while at a resort in dominican republic. All you can eat buffets and I'd only eat burgers, fries, and dessert. Shit, then go back to the buffet. Over the course of the week I grew a beer belly lmao

Most calories I ate in a day was probably 7000+ at a buffet with my teammates, we gorged like fucking kings for hours. I eat around 3800 calories which is a 200 calorie deficit cuz i can afford to lose a few pounds of fat tbh.
