Just ate .5lb shredded chicken still hungry

you need to eat more filling foods then. I literally cant touch more food after preparing a meal for myself.

potatoes, lean protein (chicken, eggs, fish), yogurts with bananas, cottage cheese, oats etc
I had like 5 eggs today and Hella chicken and I had a banana and yogurt today

i legit dont get how.
 
same this guy can apparently gain 15lbs in one day
has to be larp, he'd need to eat over 55k calories in 1 day for that.
