Filled up a whole 500ml glass almost 8 eggs, while during winter 12 eggs filled it up

Organic, pasture raised.

Raw milk tastes so much creamier and better too

Summer just mogs everything

In winter they fed the animals grain slop

And it has lutein which is a powerful anti oxidant

I was eating yolk only but then swutched to full raw eggs and had zero issues. And you get the biotin idk where u got that from, that study is shit
