Bought a fresh grass-fed ribeye from my local butcher. Let it get room temperature for 2 hours before I started eating so it could warm. Tasted it and it was not bad.

Weirdo niggas, just cook it until it’s rare. Unless you know the farmer well the steaks you buy at the grocery stores has a ton of bacteria and antibiotics in them
 
did the texture feel weird? i dont think i can eat it if it's like slimy texture or something
