You are getting bad quality liver JFL. I get my liver right from my local farm, and it's sweet AND metallic, yes, but more so sweet. Find better quality.

same for me i get my meat from local farm same for eggs and milk maybe you just have a diff palate since its not great

it tastes ass i had it a lil while ago the truth is it’s mostly the texture it’s like slimy sludge i might have it again sometime soon for some micros but i won’t enjoy it last time i had it with organic bee pollen and egg yolk

it depends on what foods you like for me it was fine but I can see why some might not like it
