I'm not in America so I don't know. From what I heard your groceries are even cheaper than in Europe but no idea as where to find it.
It's still a good deal I guess. Cod liver is dense calorically and nutritionally.

So vitamin A is not as sensitive to heat as B vitamins or vitamin C which are water soluble.
