I've unironically been thinking of this for years more than half of the guys I've seen that were fat growing up ended up 6ft+ idk what could possibly be causing the correlation but I see it alot down south

They pack on the pounds in middle school then by 14-16 they shoot up a foot and start playing football

yeah fat dudes are always so tall

Skinny guys just look tall because of their proportions

likely better development but there’s a risk of getting gyno and big hips. It best to just be well fed but very active so you don’t gain much fat, and gain mostly muscle instead

I used to be 6'0 when fat back in 2022 now I'm 6'2 and lost weight from 110kg to like 80kg
