But yh literally just intermittent fasting,going on walks like literally walk wherever it is you gotta go to if it’s a walkable distance,lymphatic draining through facial masaging,and reduce salt intake by a lot(main thing thay helped with bloating),and eat potassium.
Thats all I’ve tried so far really.
