There something like when I actually try to talk nicely to some of my male friends, they usually ignore/disrespect, try to get away but I intentionally did an experiment and treated one of those cocky cool guys with constant disrespect like bad words personal shots, he seems to respect and engage more.Is there any explanation behind this psychological behaviour?

Ahh, now I can somewhat collect the pieces of the puzzle, when I moved to a new school at 10, I was so unhinged and unbothered, i would littrally talk shit to anyone, i remember the first day of school, I sat behind a dude and straight up called him "what's up fucker" maybe that's why my school days were the best days of my life, i was like so nt and had almost everyone as my friend. It went downhill since I matured and tried to treat people nicely/maturely in college, i became the most invisible guy there, maybe cause i tried to please people. So maybe being unhinged and low inhib is the law
