This sounds like shitty advice but is essential to increasing height as well as facial attractiveness and nobody talks about it.
This is made possible by the Gonadotropic-releasing hormone process (GnRH). This hormone hits the pituitary gland and releases Luteinizing hormone. LH is the primary signal to your testes to produce more testosterone.
But the thing is, one of the key factors to increasing the rate at which GnRH is produced is actually dopamine. Meaning that more dopamine ultimately leads to higher testosterone. I probably don’t have to explain why high testosterone especially during puberty is essential, as it is a frequently discussed topic on here.
So how do you increase dopamine in a natural and healthy way?
Sleeping 9 hours (2 hours of deep sleep)
Getting sunlight
Socializing
Healthy food
Winning
