what she was talking about was most likely false. physiognomy is a well known thing, the part about being high vibration is actually scientific

basically there are two forms of brainwaves, wave "a" and wave "b" wave b is lower; typically the brain state you would be in during your subconscious life (menial tasks, monotonous work etc)

and being in wave "a" is being conscious, your complex tasks, activities etc


the theory many people talk about that has to do with how others interact with you is that there is a way people consciously or subconsciously notice which state youre in.
