There’s nothing you can do except surgery- which I would highly suggest in your case. You’ve already won by being 6’3, if you save up the same amount of money that would be used to buy a car you can become a slayer considering your height.

Have you thought about mse most people dont recommend on here but it could probably make your face wider, I would try for more foward growth than get rhino because your nose being shit could be from you being recessed

i want to get mse, hooked nose is genetic for me. but yea my maxilla is recessed cus of premolar extractions, my face sunk in. bimax seems like the best solution for me but I'm not paying 30k for it lol if I'm still gonna get other surgeries along with it.
