“Just be yourself” theory busted

Well a few years ago (8th grade) I had a good status in my grade, everybody liked me ( even girls) but skmethimg felt missing, now I understand that it’s beacuse I never was myself ( not in a weird way ). I always acted different and did things my actual self would never do. A year later (9 th grade) I started acting a bit more like myself And less people in school wanted to be with me and people even statred hating me. Now (10th grade) I’m acting exactly like myself and people envy me. I only have a few close friends and even they found another group to be with.

I have a feeling it’s beacuse of the “looksmaxxing” shit but idk

“Just be yourself” if you you’re NT and lower inhib, otherwise you’ll just come off as an autist and people would hate you and yes it’s probably because of this looksmaxxing shit. Don’t rot and NTmaxx asap
