Just benched 185 for 3

Now that we got that out the way, let’s get to the topic at hand.

I have never benched that much in my life, and considering that I don’t have T-rex arms (6’3.5 and I and long ass arms), this weight for me is pretty fucking great. Next time I will do 200 pounds for 1. My goal is 225 for 5 reps.

I could barely bench 75 kg when I hit the gym 3x a week. I was a schoolboy though, I hope I'm stronker now

Except you were normal weight/fat. I had to build my way up from 125 pounds skinny boy.

Nah I was always skinny as fuck. Probably just started lifting sooner. Btw, I didn’t mean to one-up you, it’s a bad habit of mine. you’re doing great keep it up man
