Just confirmed with a surgeon fat grafting for my supra and infra orbitals, I have always wanted better projection under my eye region and above, and I naturally have pretty hollow under eyes.

My main aim for this is to give my eyes a more unique look, we all want the 'hunter eye' archetype but my main goal is just to have a more captivating gaze lol.

I will primarily be targeting the upper eyelids and brow region to reduce UEE, additionally my under eye region where you can see my 'itachi lines'.

One of the main reasons I am doing this is the fact I have tried many other methods and want to fastrack better and quicker results, and the end of the day most things are cope or ineffective for your desired goals and the only way to achieve things to the level you want is through surgery.

I have tried things like micro-needling and derma-stamping retinol but we all know fat grafts are the best sustainable long-term surgery for improving volume and adding mild projection.

I will be documenting everything on my page.

Very happy to share surgeon, location and costs etc - just DM me.

Here are some reference photos of my current eye area

Also this is 3-4 month old photo and I have much denser brows.

we can give any advice from that shitty photo

it's okay, can definitely be improved but thank you.
Okay but do you have a feeling of discomfort that you feel in your bones about ur eyes? Think not? That should be the feeling one has if it goes surgical.

Tbh if the rest of your face is good this can bring you to near ideal. But since your eye area is good I’d recommend focusing on major weak points
