I Just bought hydrocortisone for nose size reduction

I applied it for a minute and waited 20 minutes before removing the excess. Right after that, I applied two different creams to my nose: Gel Tretinoin 0.025% and another cream containing 0.05% tretinoin and 0.045 mg of tazarotene, I don't remember the other ingredients but I felt my nose popping out and had a coly cortisol increase, but now it's all good.
