Just bought rosemary oil and some eyebrow and eyelash dye. Should I wait with dying until the i have grown out the brows and lashes or can i just dye them now?

It’s usually a good idea to wait until your brows and lashes have grown out a bit, especially if you’re aiming for a more natural look
