just bought rosemary oil for eyebrowmaxxing, how do u guys use it ?

the lady in the shop said i should combine it with another oil (carrier oil), i wanted to know what you are using. and in what ratio?

It's much better to buy premade rosemary oil(that isn't an essential oil) already combined with a carrier oil.
If not, use virgin oil, coconut oil, pretty much anything.
And you can use an eyebrow/mascara pen for the eyebrows/lashes.
