Make them into baby carrot sized pieces and then air fry for 15 minutes on 400 degrees with some butter.

The air frying increases absorption of beta carotene while not destroying other nutrients (as opposed to steaming which destroys vitamin C). It also tastes better than eating it raw, which is nasty.

alright ill answer this honestly.

Extract it. After you extract it its pure carrot juice. There will be a lot of leftovers on the side you can choose to throw that away or just eat it. But you already got most of it from the juice alone.
