Just burned 1000 calories at the gym doing my calisthenics routine + some walking on the threadmill

now im gonna take a cold shower (not icy cold, but leaning more towards cold than lukewarm) and then I'm gonna read up on some whitepill theories

thoughts?

It's insane considering a 30 minutes jogging does burn around 400

My calisthenics program takes 30 minutes and burns 600~ calories. Then I walk at brisk tempo 12 incline 4mph and burn another 220~ calories. Lastly i do some neck excersises and free weights which also adds a bit. I'd say my final work out routine takes around 1 hour 20 mins

klaus schwab personally saw to it that you would not enjoy your uni life. covid was ages 16-18 for me, everything opened up literally on the eve of my 18th birthday.

i was a social late bloomer anyway so i missed nothing. life really cucks you sometimes. at-least you have plenty of money and the freedom to looksmax as you wish.

I've been entirely focused on money lately because I'm finishing hs but i can still to uni If I want to, I wanted to make money but I can't miss out on it.
